Mim did a wonderful job with staging the property and loaned her own furniture, vases,
rugs and the like to ensure it presented well. She planted and tended plants. She organized and
coordinated expert photography, then chose the photos and wrote the presentation artfully and
with experience, largely without input from me.
When it came to pricing the property, the advice was professional and objective. She
clearly knew her Fairfield County subject matter. Her guidance and insight enabled us to
achieve the right balance of traction in the market while optimizing the sale price.
The negotiation and sale process was handled seamlessly and with an impressive,
professional work ethic. Even though we were working across difficult time zones, I was kept
appropriately informed without being burdened with the details. She always made herself
available, the awkward hours notwithstanding.
In summary, I believe we achieved a great price for our house in the market that
